Beef Bulgogi is a Korean dish featuring thinly sliced and marinated beef.

This sweet and savory sauce is so easy to make, but it really packs a flavor punch! Even my picky kiddos gobbled it up!

- vegetable oil   - ground beef - soy sauce - sesame oil - sesame seeds - garlic - brown sugar - green onions  

Ingredients

COOK Time: 15 Mins

Heat the oil in a large skillet add the ground beef .

STEP 1

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and brown sugar.

STEP 2

Add the soy sauce mixture and stir for a few minutes until beef is well coated.

STEP 3

Serve bulgogi over rice with green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
