-  Soy sauce -  Mirin -  Honey -  Olive oil -  Lean ground beef -  Unsalted butter -  White or yellow onion -  Frozen peas and carrots -  Minced garlic -  Grated ginger -  Eggs -  Salt and pepper


Cook the ground beef. Heat a swirl of olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. 

Step 1

Saute the vegetables. Add half the butter to the wok, then add the chopped white onion and cook until it starts to become softened and translucent.

Step 2

Cook the eggs. Push the veggies to the side and crack the eggs into the pan. Use a spatula to scramble the egg and cook.
