Ground Beef  Sliders

These Ground Beef Sliders with Garlic Aioli are the perfect starter for any celebration.  They’re hearty and filling, but small enough to fit right in among the snacks.

For sliders: -  Unsalted butter -  White onion -  Lean ground beef -  Salt & pepper -  Slider buns -  Garlic -  Dried parsley flakes -  American cheese -  Swiss cheese -  Dill pickles

Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, melt two (2) tablespoons of butter. Add the chopped onion, and cook, stirring often, until softened and translucent.

Step 2

Add the ground beef and break it into smaller pieces with a spatula, spreading it out over the pan.
