Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, or use a 9 inch loaf pan.

Step 2

Place the ground beef, onions, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Pour the milk and eggs directly over the breadcrumbs, allowing them to soak in the moisture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Use your hands to gently combine.

Step 3

Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet, or pat it into the loaf pan.

Step 4

In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Slather the mixture all over the top of the meatloaf, then bake for 45-60 minutes or until the glaze is caramelized.
