It’s easy to make. This recipe isn’t complicated. Once you’ve cooked the pasta and ground beef, you can assemble everything and bake.

-  Rotini pasta -  Olive oil -  Ground beef -  Yellow onion -  Homemade taco seasoning -  Tomato sauce -  Tomatoes and green chilies -  Sour cream -  Frozen corn -  Salt and pepper -  Mexican blend     cheese


For cooking:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

Cook the pasta. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain, then set aside.

Brown the beef and onions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
