Ground Beef Gyro Bowls

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables. Combine the sliced vegetables in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and garlic powder.

Step 2

Prepare the ground beef. While the vegetables are roasting, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it up into a few larger chunks.
