Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs

Tender Swedish Meatballs are cooked in the slow cooker in a creamy gravy with a hint of lemon.

-  Onion -  Ground beef -  Ground pork -  Garlic powder -  Salt -  Pepper -  Allspice -  Egg For the gravy: -  Unsalted butter -  All purpose flour -  Beef broth


Form the meatballs- All you need to do is gently mix the ground meat with the spices and shape the balls with either a cookie scoop or by hand.
