Oil the grill grates by spraying with olive oil spray, or dipping a towel in olive oil and rubbing it along the grates.
Preheat the grill to high heat (500 degrees).
Combine. In a large bowl, gently mix together the beef, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, dill, and onion powder.
Shape burgers into four round balls and place them on a cutting board and baking sheet.
Gently smash the burgers down with the palm of your hand, so they’re about ½ inch thick.
Use your thumb to place an indent in the center of each burger.
Grill the burgers for about 4 minutes or until they have a nice sear on the first side. Flip over and continue to grill another 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Resist the urge to press the burgers down with a spatula! This lets all the yummy juices out.
Place a cheese slice on each burger for the last minute of cooking time or immediately after removing from the grill.
Place the burgers on the buns and pile with sliced radishes, cucumber, tomato, arugula. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
