Will and Courtney are a husband and wife team who started blogging on their sister site, NeighborFoodBlog.com, in 2011. Both of them grew up in the Midwest, where they were raised on staples like tater tot casserole, meatloaf, and cheesy baked spaghetti.
Over the years, the couple have paired their Midwestern background with a curiosity about world cuisines to develop hundreds of recipes, including everything from comfort food favorites to fresh international dishes.
They've also worked closely with the Ohio Beef Council, where they've learned all about the various cuts of beef and the best ways to cook them.
Each of their recipes is tested and approved in their home kitchen in Columbus, Ohio.
Courtney and Will decided to start GroundBeefRecipes.com after purchasing a side of beef from a local farmer. With a freezer packed full of ground beef, they were searching for interesting and unique ways to use a pound of hamburger.
The result is this website, which they hope will be a one stop shop for all kinds of ground beef recipes.
Whether you're in search of a burger recipe, need a comforting casserole, or have a craving for nachos, this website has a recipe for you.
They hope you’ll find a good mix of classics and new favorites here on Ground Beef Recipes!
