Ingredients

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains, about 6-7 minutes. Drain excess fat. Meanwhile, mix the chicken broth and flour together in a large measuring cup.

Step 1

Place the cooked hamburger, garlic, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, milk, paprika, and jalapeno in the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Pour the chicken broth over the meat and stir.

Step 2

Turn on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours. When the potatoes are tender, add the Velveeta cheese and allow to melt.

Step 3

Stir in the sour cream and bacon. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve with garlic bread or waffle fries.
