Cook the ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains.  Meanwhile, mix the chicken broth and flour together.

Step 1

Place the cooked hamburger, garlic, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, milk, paprika, and jalapeno in the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

Step 2

Pour the chicken broth over the meat and stir. Turn on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours. When the potatoes are tender, add the Velveeta cheese and allow to melt.

Step 3

Stir in the sour cream and bacon. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve with garlic bread or waffle fries.
