Ranch Burgers

You know what makes a great homemade burger even better? Adding a slew of crisp veggies and a generous pour of ranch dressing!

These cheesy Ranch Burgers are seasoned with dried herbs like dill and parsley to give them that characteristic zing, then drizzled with additional ranch dressing for serving.

Let me tell you all about this recipe.  - You only need 30 minutes.   - It uses simple spices and ingredients.   - You can make these burgers on a grill or stove top.

Prep Time: 20 Min

- ground beef - Kosher salt - black pepper - dried parsley - garlic powder - dried dill - onion powder - cheddar or colby jack cheese - brioche buns - cucumbers and radish - Arugula - Ranch dressing

Ingredients

Oil the grill grates by spraying with olive oil spray, or dipping a towel in olive oil and rubbing it along the grates. Preheat the grill to high heat (500 degrees).

Step 1

Combine. In a large bowl, gently mix together the beef, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, dill, and onion powder. Shape burgers into four round balls and place them on a cutting board and baking sheet.

Step 2

Gently smash the burgers down with the palm of your hand, so they’re about ½ inch thick.

Step 3

Grill the burgers for about 4 minutes or until they have a nice sear on the first side. Flip over and continue

Step 4

Place a cheese slice on each burger for the last minute of cooking time or immediately after removing from the grill.

Step 5

Place the burgers on the buns and pile with sliced radishes, cucumber, tomato, arugula. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
