Taco Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook to al dente.

Step 1

Pour the cooked pasta into a strainer and rinse with cold water and set aside.

Step 2

Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Cook until browned and drain the fat.

Step 3

Add water and the taco seasoning. Return to the stove, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.

Step 4

Remove from heat and let the beef cool for 10 minutes before adding to the pasta.

Step 5

Add the cooked pasta to a large bowl. Add the beef and tomatoes to the pasta and stir to combine.

Step 6

Add the cheese, green pepper, onion and cilantro and stir again.

Step 7

Finally, add the lettuce and Catalina dressing and stir. Garnish with corn chips or Doritos.
