BBQ Grape Jelly Meatballs

These ridiculously easy crock pot meatballs with bbq sauce and grape jelly combine the simplest ingredients to make a surprisingly delicious, sweet and tangy appetizer.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  • In a crock pot, stir together the meatballs, grape jelly, BBQ sauce, lemon juice and sriracha, if using.
  • Cook on high for 1 ½-2 hours or on low for 3-4 hours

Notes

Variations:

  • Substitute the grape jelly with apricot preserves, cranberry sauce, or orange marmalade.
  • Substitute the BBQ sauce for chili sauce (a tomato/ketchup based sauce, not to be confused with chili garlic sauce).
