Ingredients
 

  • 4 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all of the seasonings to a bowl and whisk together. Seasoning keeps well in an airtight container at room temperature. Use approximately 1 teaspoon for every pound of meat (or 3-4 burgers).
